Invested in these $25 children’s Vans and dubbed them as my “work” shoes; mostly because they’re ideal for running around and distracting children, but also because they are a generally practical footwear choice for someone who is on their feet for 8 hours at a time. My last “full” shift before my internship starts was today, and admittedly, it was kind of bittersweet. Although I’m happy to be doing something other than spending my days at H&M, I’m also sad to have to adapt to forever empty pockets.
I never really mentioned what I’m up to this summer, but now seems like a semi-appropriate time to tell you. Within the next week, (and for the next 3.5 months), you’ll be seeing my contributions to FORA, MTV’s beauty, fashion and lifestyle blog. So make sure to keep it on your blogroll if you’re up for some ~fun reads~.

Also, here’s a glimpse of the Kastor & Pollux S/S ’12 lookbook that Bianca and I have been working on for the past month. You can view the finished product here!! I hope you’re getting your credit cards prepared because we’ve got some /sick/ jewelry ready to post in the shop!!!!!!
