HI everyone! I am pleased to announce that I’m once again a free lady!
I’ve said it before, but school is actually the worst. It consists of me not sleeping and being anti-social/completely MIA for 3 months and then having severe separation issues and daily anxiety attacks when we get let out for break. Technically my last class isn’t until Wednesday, but I decided to be a keener for once in my school life, and get my projects done ahead of time. This is a major shock me and for everyone who has ever known me, but I am not complaining about these added days of *freedom*. I can’t wait to show you the entirety of my last big project – it’s super fun and super shiny it took me 6 hours to bind (but that’s besides the point).
The most notable and most important component of this redundant blog post is my final outfit post for the Lookbook.nu x Marc Jacobs Dot collaboration!!! Yay!!!! (If you missed out on my last two posts, you can find them here and here).
Considering I’ve been reduced to a sweatpants-wearing university student, wearing real and actual clothes for the first time in about 3 weeks was a great and familiar feeling and I would like to experience it for as long as I possibly can. I’m wearing these Maison Martin Margiela with H&M leggings which I bought at the Toronto presale a few weeks ago because they are fun and resemble one/multiple disco balls???? I know the collection has been blogged to death, but whateva whateva I’ll do what I want because FASHUN IS MY PLAYGROUND AND I AM A HUMAN CHILD.
Note: With all of that said, I’m not sure if a big sweater/leggings/hat qualifies as a real outfit, but in comparison to what I’ve been bumming around in for the past 20+ days, I would say this is a good start.
Clearly I’m still a little bit delirious and sleep-deprived. I’ll check in within the next couple of days once I’ve regained complete consciousness. For now, #marcthedot and over and out and this was supposed to be a limerick but I’m a horrible poet so sorry for the really bad segue into NOTHING.
PS: I’m wearing another lovely piece from my favourite, Vanessa Mooney. I’ve always wanted a fun choker and this Sphynx one is just what I’ve been looking for!!! I’ve been wearing it literally every other day and I’m beginning to think it’s quickly replacing that ubiquitous rhinestone Zara necklace as my favourite piece…
